Position for Digital Marketing & eCommerce Administrator
CJS Portsmouth is the largest cleaning and hygiene distributor across the South Coast based in Portsmouth and we are currently looking for a full-time Digital Marketing and eCommerce Administrator for our busy sales office.
This role could be the perfect fit for a recent school or college graduate with digital marketing experience and knowledge of online ordering systems.
What will the role include:
Digital Marketing:
Create innovative and engaging social media content
Develop and write compelling and persuasive copy that drives action for various marketing materials, including website copy, email campaigns, flyers, social media posts, newsletters etc
Schedule and publish social media posts
Monitor and analyse social media performance
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends.
e-Commerce Operations:
Being the first port of contact for the Companys eShop
Explaining and advising customers on the use of the eShop
Manage product listings and content (descriptions, video, images).
Setting up customer eShop accounts/setting up customer templates for easier basket ordering
Setting up and maintaining product, manufacturer and subject categories within the eShop
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the eShop
Additional Duties
Answering phones during busy periods as well as holiday cover
Experience, Skills and Attributes:
Understanding of digital communications
Previous experience of working with a selling platform
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
IT skills including MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Design capability is desirable but not essential
Attention to detail
Team player
Adaptable

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch)
