An exciting job role has recently become available at the North Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Community Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities:
To provide a professional social work service delivering person-centered care to adults in North Tyneside, it is essential to support the Team Manager and Senior Social Workers in delivering high-quality assessments and care planning. This work should be carried out within assessed needs, risk, legislative frameworks, and Council policies.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
