Reynolds Logistics has an exciting opportunity for you. In this Hybrid role, you will lead the Health, Safety and Compliance Culture within Reynolds.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the Health, Safety and Compliance Culture within Reynolds.
2. Review, investigate, and report on all Safety and Compliance incidents.
3. Work with the training team to provide bespoke new/remedial training content.
4. Compile all stats relating to Safety & Compliance and report them to both internal and external stakeholders as required.
5. Advise the operation in relation to the carriage of dangerous goods.
6. Drive continuous improvement within the Safety & Compliance space.
7. Maintain all records associated with:
1. Risk Assessment
2. Incidents/statutory reporting/claims
3. Compliance/audits
8. Create/initiate safety sprints & campaigns to drive improvement.
9. Act as the first point of contact for Safety Incidents/Roadside issues.
10. Present key Safety & Compliance information to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
1. IOSH/NEBOSH/CMIOSH Qualified.
2. Transport/Logistics (preferably Fuel/Gas) experience.
3. MCPC – International.
4. DGSA Qualification.
5. Incident investigation/route cause analyses experience.
6. High impact presentation & communication skills.
7. In-depth knowledge of drivers' hours rules.
8. Ability to review/write/deliver bespoke training material.
9. Experience of SAFED techniques.
10. Ability to audit for compliance (O licence/accreditation).
11. Working knowledge of “Earned Recognition” (ERS).
12. Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
13. Strong written, numeric, and IT skills.
14. Knowledge of Safety reporting systems.
15. Robust auditing skills.
Other Skills
1. Inspect/risk assess/document delivery points.
2. Carry out route risk assessment.
3. Support O Licence application process.
4. Support internal teams as a subject matter expert.
5. Review and update Safety Plans for UK & wider group.
6. Complete bespoke projects linked to role.
