As an Associate Director in Clean Water Process Engineering, you'll play a vital role in business development and process engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.
We specialise in all aspects of process engineering within the Water sector, providing industry-leading process engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Bristol office.
Your Purpose:
* Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
* Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Set quality assurance standards in design.
* Grow, develop and manage process engineering capability within the practice.
What you can bring:
* Chartered Process Engineer.
* Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Comprehensive knowledge and design experience of drinking water treatment processes and principles – conventional and advanced treatment technologies.
* Willingness to lead, contribute and develop our technical knowledge networks.

Rewards and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants, with a default of 25 days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy or sell some of that leave. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
