The Sales Agent Opportunity
This is a freelancer-based role, designed to be pursued alongside other commitments. As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is to connect us with potential clients, including universities, enterprises, and government agencies, and facilitate an initial meeting (virtual or face-to-face).
Your primary role is to connect us with potential clients, and our team will handle the rest.
Once a deal is finalized, your commission is secure.
Responsibilities of the Sales Agent
* Identify potential clients (e.g., universities, government agencies, organizations, enterprises) and promote The Company’s services professionally and ethically.
* Present The Company's services accurately and refrain from making false or misleading statements.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in The Agent's country or jurisdiction.
* Avoid any actions that may harm The Company's reputation or interests.
What You’ll Earn
* This is a commission-only role, offering a percentage of each successful deal you close.
* Since the sales involve academic programs targeted at universities or schools, most deals are high-value, resulting in substantial earning potential.
* An example of potential earnings will be provided prior to signing the contract.
Commission and Payment
The Agent will receive a commission as follows:
* 2.7% on total amounts up to $100,000 (excluding taxes, expenses, and materials).
* 2.3% on amounts between $100,001 and $300,000 (progressively calculated).
* 1.7% on amounts between $300,001 and $1,000,000 (progressively calculated).
* 0.9% on amounts exceeding $1,000,000 (progressively calculated).
Commission Example
For a deal net price of $1,300,500, the total commission for the agent would be $21,904.50, calculated as follows:
* 2.7% on amounts up to $100,000: $100,000 × 2.7% = $2,700
* 2.3% on amounts between $100,001 and $300,000: $200,000 × 2.3% = $4,600
* 1.7% on amounts between $300,001 and $1,000,000: $700,000 × 1.7% = $11,900
* 0.9% on amounts exceeding $1,000,000: $300,500 × 0.9% = $2,704.50
Total Commission: $2,700 + $4,600 + $11,900 + $2,704.50 = $21,904.50
Additional Details
* Commissions are calculated based on the net consideration received by the Company, excluding taxes, deal closure expenses (e.g., travel, training), and material costs.
* Payment will be made within 60 days of the Company receiving full payment from the client.
* The Agent is responsible for any taxes or fees applicable to their earnings.

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, cybersecurity, or technology.
* Strong local connections and knowledge of the target market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
* Note: We are not looking for digital marketing or indirect sales approaches. This role requires direct, in-person or virtual interaction with key personnel to drive sales.
