* Coordinate with other departments to help with renovations, including planning for new furniture, carpets, and room layouts.
* Recruit, encourage, manage and develop your team
* Assist the team in cleaning to ensure rooms are ready for our next guests
* Training and developing the skills of our housekeeping team.
* Rota staff accordingly
* Ensure Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
The successful candidate will have a background in managing or supervising housekeeping teams. They should have strong organisation skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
