Your expertise will inspire a dedicated team focused on excellence and innovation. What you’ll do: Ensure all functions are set up correctly and on time for each shift. Maintain uniform and appearance standards for yourself and the team at all times. Adhere to staffing schedules and report for allocated duties punctually. Comply with COSHH and HACCP procedures to ensure safety and hygiene. Actively manage the team to complete event preparations efficiently. Liaise with clients during events and assist with stock and drink orders as needed. Monitor food hygiene and health and safety standards to meet client and company expectations; conduct pre-event allergen briefings and staff briefings. Manage and train staff on Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Safe Systems of Work; provide regular feedback and promote a positive working relationship with colleagues. Seek innovative solutions, be proactive in overcoming challenges, provide feedback for improvement, and embrace change. What you bring: Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse problems, develop opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
