Here’s what we’re looking for: Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a related role, with expertise in managing CRM platforms, social media, PPC, SEO, and website management. A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimisation techniques. Your role will involve: Crafting and implementing strategies for CRM, social media, PPC, SEO, and website management. Utilising Dotdigital to enhance digital retention, re-engage lapsed customers, and support acquisition efforts. Managing Stagecoach’s national social media channels, creating engaging content, and collaborating with our in-house design team. Working with PPC and SEO agencies to improve search rankings and drive relevant traffic. Ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly website and app experience in collaboration with our in-house tech team. Analysing user engagement and feedback to continuously improve our digital platforms. Generating regular reports to measure effectiveness and drive commercial benefits.
