My client an exciting rapidly expanding company is lookg for an Assistant Finance Manager
What you’ll be doing:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in both manual and electronic record systems, and support compliance through account preparation and auditing.

Oversee month-end reporting activities, ensuring accurate KPI reporting, and assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
*
Manage payroll activities, including timesheets and agency records, ensuring completion by deadlines, and handle credit control and debt management.
*
Monitor fixed asset expenditures, complete monthly financials, and regularly review and update financial policies in agreement with the F&B Manager.
*
Ensure client invoices are raised monthly, check all Accounts Payable invoices, and review cost centres.
*
Develop process guides for financial activities to support ISO accreditation, conduct variance analysis, and assist in producing monthly accounts and journals.
The ideal candidate will have:

Professional qualifications from a recognised accountancy body such as CIMA, ACCA or AAT
*
Experienced user of accounting software (specifically Xero) and competent with banking, invoicing, purchase ledger, reconciliations, journals etc
