Your Role:
Teach & Assess – Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a range of plumbing courses
Support & Inspire – Act as a mentor, providing guidance to students on their academic and career progression.
Develop Curriculum – Help shape industry-relevant course content, including Green Technologies.
Maintain Standards – Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) in the relevant subject area or specialism, GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent), and a full teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
Industry Experience: Strong background in Multi skills with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Teaching Skills: Experience in training, mentoring, or delivering education to students or apprentices.
IT & Communication Skills: Ability to use modern teaching technology, including Microsoft Teams and interactive learning tools.
