We are looking for a highly skilled Office Administrator who can support our office operations effectively. If you have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Microsoft Excel—and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is ideal for you. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our office, taking responsibility for key administrative tasks. As our Office Administrator you will be specifically responsible for: Production and purchase order processing Sales order management Office equipment maintenance (copiers, fax machines) Booking deliveries and coordinating transport Managing office supplies and consumables Reception duties: answering calls, welcoming visitors, managing client questionnaires Maintaining a professional, tidy, and efficient office environment Creating and printing labels for production traceability Auditing supplier materials to ensure quality standards Ad-hoc factory assistance when required Light accounting duties Quality testing, including product weight and thickness checks What We’re Looking For: A high level of competency in Microsoft Excel is a must Previous administrative experience is required Proven ability to manage a variety of tasks and work under pressure Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service attitude Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers) Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work proactively and resolve issues independently Familiarity with administrative duties such as order processing and managing office systems If you're an organized, motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills, we want to hear from you Click “APPLY” to submit your up-to-date CV today.
