What we are looking for:
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates Contracts Manager to join our dedicated and hard-working Estates and Facilities team. In this role, you will report to the Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities and play a crucial part in managing, administering, procuring, and delivering CLF-wide facilities managed contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the monitoring of contract progress and delivery, including KPIs
* Maintain regular contact with key contract personnel
* Carry out contract audits at site
* Lead and minute meetings effectively
* Analyse performance data and produce comprehensive reports
* Take responsibility for budget management
* Ensure contract documentation is maintained to a high standard
* Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various key stakeholders
* Assist with the procurement of new contracts
We seek a candidate with outstanding contract management experience and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about contract management and keen to excel in a role that offers flexibility and a supportive team environment.
