We are currently recruiting for a well-established Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. For this role you MUST have experience in handling both customer service and sales related enquires. Please note, this role is FULLY office based, with NO remote working. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 09:00am - 17:00pm and Friday, 09:00am - 14:00pm (35 hours a week). Duties: Completing all sales order processing. Building a rapport with core customers. Liaising with internal departments on stock availability and customer accounts. Keeping customers happy and informed at all times by providing order confirmation etc. Handling key accounts. General accounts support. Management of business inquiries and taking inbound calls. Completing general admin duties. Skills Required: Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. Must be well organised and the ability to work under pressure. Strong English skills as correspondence via email is essential as lots of e-mail management is required. Customer service driven. Ideally candidates would have previous experience in sales admin and customer service. Must have a positive outlook with a good attitude towards all work completed.
