As our new Commercial Manager within the Fixed team, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of the Consumer P&L by developing, testing, and scaling next-generation commercial strategies. You'll be at the heart of an agile, data-driven environment, where you'll help shape customer lifecycle management strategies, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention activities. From improving customer conversions to creating highly targeted campaigns that increase lifetime value, your efforts will directly contribute to delivering a more engaged and valuable customer base.
In this dynamic role, you'll work alongside talented teams in Commercial Revenue and Commercial Trading, taking the lead on high-priority actions across the customer lifecycle, tackling everything from customer acquisition to cross-selling and retention initiatives. With a focus on delivering results, you'll leverage advanced analytics, digital tools, and our evolving propositions to create meaningful, customer-centric offerings.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* 5+ years' experience in a commercial role or similar
* Experience working within a quantitative capacity, driving forward commercial strategy and track record of delivering against commercial targets
* Experience across customer lifecycle (acquisition, early life, in-life, retention) management strategies
* Strong collaboration, influencing and partner management skills
* Evidence of creating comprehensive business cases
