The onboarding analyst will report to the Head of Compliance and is responsible for completing a range of tasks from onboarding new retailers, undertaking a range of checks on prospective retailers to ensure suitability, updating the CRM system, data entry and generating reports. Experience in an onboarding role is preferred with any experience within the finance/compliance/alternative lending market being very beneficial. A good working understanding of the FCA CONC guidelines is beneficial. The role requires a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills. Key Tasks: Completing audit checks on retailer websites Undertaking thorough KYB checks on new retailers Undertaking anti-money laundering checks on new and existing retailers Completing the onboarding of new retailers to Chrysalis Onboarding new retailers with 3 rd party lenders Maintaining retailer records in CRM Liaising with practices regarding their account and outstanding documents Liaising with the accounts team to resolve any retailer queries General admin tasks Supporting account managers with the maintenance of their accounts Ensuring FCA compliance guidelines are met Maintenance of the compliance inbox As the company is embracing change on a daily basis, key personal attributes expected from each successful candidate would be/have: High work ethic Flexibility Tenacity Ability to work to tight deadlines Integrate within a close knit and friendly team Professional outlook working within high ethical standards expected from a finance environment Hours/Salary/Benefits Competitive Salary Free parking.
