Job summary The Forensic Outreach and Liaison Service (FOLS) is a community-based service in Sussex providing holistic support to individuals with a mental health issue that relates to their offending/risk behaviour. We are seeking a full-time, Band 7 Team Leader to work within our MDT We are seeking a confident Team Leader who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of care to our clients. You will be an integral part of the Forensic Community Service working within the Forensic Directorate, providing strong clinical leadership and contributing to service development. You must be friendly, approachable, motivated and hard working with a passion for delivering high quality care. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to effective team working; have excellent communication and leadership skills. We can offer regular clinical/management supervision and reflective practice. We also have regular professional development days which are bespoke to the team. All we ask is that you are committed to delivering a quality service to those under your care and that you are passionate in regards to developing and improving service provision. We will ensure you have a suitable induction period, and training will be provided according to your needs. Main duties of the job This role is for an experienced mental health practitioner. A professional qualification is a necessity i.e. RMN, OT, Social Worker. You will work closely with senior management and the provider collaborative, You will ensure we are meeting the Key Performance Indicators and give regular updates on the team performance You will offer regular supervision/ appraisals to the team You will manage a small case load supporting those with complex needs.
