Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure production runs smoothly. Carry out fault finding on electrical systems, motors, and safety circuits. Lead and support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency. Work alongside engineers and apprentices, providing technical guidance where needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills & Experience We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent). Strong fault-finding skills in electrical systems, including motors and safety circuits. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is preferred. A proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Why Join?
