Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Slough – Salary up to £60,000 - REF - 665816TB The Role This is an exceptional opportunity for a firm specialise in the representation of people who have suffered injury or mistreatment with a special focus on claims involving Medical Negligence, Serious Injury and Industrial Disease. With the growth of its Clinical Negligence department, the firm is now seeking a Solicitor to handle high-quality cases, managing them from inception through to trial/settlement. The firm has secured tens of millions of pounds in compensation for serious injury claims, and have had equally impressive success across the other areas that they specialise in. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Clinical Negligence claims, with a proven ability to investigate and litigate multi-track cases under supervision. Previous experience of working on high value claims such as birth injury, brain and spinal injury claims is preferred but not essential. You will be responsible for driving cases forward efficiently and delivering outstanding client service.
