Due to the continued growth of our Bristol office, we are currently recruiting for an Architectural Recruitment Resourcer to work in our South West Architectural team helping to support some of our major national accounts and more local client base. This is a very varied role but in essence, you will join our lovely team and be part of an extremely successful organisation.
Your Responsibilities will include:
1. Searching, contacting and managing candidates on a day to day basis.
2. Talking, pre-screening, preparing and interviewing candidates going to interviews.
3. Organising people starting work, giving information, obtaining compliance and ensuring contracts are completed.
4. Dealing with our internal Payroll team to generate timesheets and solve administration queries.
5. Using the internal system to set up contracts, interviews, detailed conversations, notes and compliance.
Key Requirements:
1. Be required to work with computer systems and payment processes.
2. Have the opportunity to learn from some of the industries longest standing recruitment consultants.
3. Process paperwork for candidate placements, timesheet processing, filing of information etc.
4. Earn Commission on placements made.
5. Be based on the outskirts of Bristol working for a market leading organisation, you will be an integral part of a successful team.
6. Be part of a longstanding company with over 30 years experience in the market.
