In this role, you will spend most of your time teaching lessons to students between the ages of 13-18, while receiving teacher training and undergoing your QTS qualifications. This will include occasional classroom-based learning at an apprenticeship provider. After 1 year you will be a fully qualified teacher and be eligible for pay rises and promotions.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with good engineering knowledge who can work well with young people, is comfortable teaching groups of students and willing to work towards gaining new qualifications.
This role would suit a graduate with a passion for engineering and teaching who wants to set up a career as a Teacher and is looking for training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
1. Teaching 18 lessons a week
2. Undergoing classroom-based learning at an apprenticeship provider
3. Working towards teaching qualifications
