We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of behaviour management to support students with diverse learning needs and behavioural challenges in Tameside.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment
* Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEND
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
* Provide one-to-one support to students, as needed
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of behaviour management and SEND
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide one-to-one support to students
