Job Description
The Video Producer role is integral to our content strategy, ensuring the timely creation of high-quality video assets that support Sage’s global marketing, branding, and internal communication objectives. The Video Producer role is responsible for;
1. Executing real-time video deliverables during critical events, which directly contribute to brand visibility and engagement on social platforms.
2. Producing on-demand webinars and podcasts, vital to our thought leadership and campaign activities.
3. Managing video content for multiple YouTube channels, a key touchpoint for customers across regions.
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Video Producer to join our team within the Integrated Campaigns, Content and Social team. This role is pivotal in creating engaging video content that drives brand visibility and enhances communication across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity based at our Newcastle office. Hybrid, 3 days per week in our state-of-the-art office.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content across various platforms. This includes creating event wrap-up videos by filming b-roll and interviews at events like Accountex or Sage Festival, conducting and editing on-the-spot interviews for social media, and producing full podcast episodes in Sage Studio locations. You’ll coordinate leadership recordings for annual kick-off videos, collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative content for challenger brands like GoProposal and AutoEntry, and document the Sage brand experience at events for internal use. Additionally, you’ll produce and edit on-demand webinars, generate promotional content for social media, and assist with managing Sage’s regional YouTube channels by editing and uploading a range of video materials, from ads to podcasts.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production, and 2D motion graphics.
2. Proficiency in Adobe video editing software.
3. Ability to conceptualise and execute creative video content tailored to various platforms.
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of YouTube channel management and social media optimisation for video.
