To offer a high standard of customer service at all times, building long-standing relationships with customers and proactively engaging with them post-travel to help initiate repeat bookings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. A keen interest in cycling, activities, and the outdoors.
2. Previous travel experience is preferable but not essential.
3. Previous experience working in a phone-based sales environment within a contact centre.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Determined to achieve sales targets and KPIs and thrives under pressure.
6. Reliable with great attention to detail.
The Package:
1. Salary - £24,000 + uncapped commission.
2. Monday - Friday.
3. Hybrid working.
4. Fam trips.
5. 22 days holiday increasing to 25 upon completion of probation.
