The Company and Role
A market-leading engineering company looking for a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join the small team.
Responsibilities:
* Managing and logging customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Handling after-sales support cases or escalating them to the appropriate staff member.
* Tracking progress and ensuring effective communication both internally and with customers.
* Collaborating with various departments on important administrative tasks.
* Preparing repair and service quotations.
* Ensuring service orders are reviewed and approved by the Sales or Production teams within agreed timelines.
* Monitoring repair turnaround times and keeping customers informed.
* Coordinating exhibitions and marketing events.
* Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed.
Requirements:
* College education, with a preference for candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a technical environment.
* Office-based role, with the ability to meet deadlines and fulfill tasks promptly to satisfy customer needs.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
The Package:
The salary offered for this position is £25,000- £32,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
