Job Description
This role will be based at our head office in Frimley, reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts process for our sites to ensure an accurate and timely billing process, coordinating clear internal communication between all departments. Full training and support will be provided.
Areas of Responsibility
* Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing site partners
* Liaising with internal departments
* Site accounts management
* Rent management & reviews
* Meter reading & utilities billing
* Site invoice approvals
* Billing queries
* Site partner rebate & water usage reports
Key Attributes
* Strong organisation skills
* Experience in accounts/billing/finance – essential
* Good all-round IT skills including Excel
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Good written and verbal communication skills
Reporting to: Head of Business Operations
Salary: £27,000 per year (£18,000 pro-rata – 25 hours per week)
Hours: Part Time, Permanent
Monday – Friday (09:30am to 14:30pm)
