We are looking for a hardworking and organised Retail Administration Officer who can think on their feet and where no 2 days are the same. This important role will help Farleigh Hospice retail stores and field teams by providing quick and helpful support.
We are looking for someone with:
1. A proven track record in the planning and coordination of retail systems and processes.
2. Ability to remain flexible, working proactively to support changing retail field teams’ requirements.
3. Experience of customer service and customer complaints.
4. Strong communication skills, who is solution focused and demonstrates a tenacity to support our store teams.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, experienced in prioritising daily actions to react to the business needs.
6. Confidence in the use of Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
