Polytec are looking for a Part-Time HR Co ordinator for our client based just outside Huntingdon. This is a part time role working approximately 22 hours per week which could be spread over 3 to 5 days.
Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate recruitment activity: post vacancies internally and on external websites, issue to appropriate recruitment agencies and manage responses
* Organise and co-ordinate interview schedules
* Complete new hire checklist and conduct inductions
* Schedule pension inductions with the benefits advisor
* Prepare accurate and up to date monthly payroll submission
* Ensure visa administration is managed appropriately and in line with legal requirements
* Day-to-day administration including post, ordering supplies, processing of invoices and expenses and interviewee expenses
* Co-ordinate training programmes
Requirements:
* Degree level education with experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
* Experience of working in a customer service-oriented department
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
* Excellent time management and organisation skills, able to prioritise and multi-task
* Experience of working in a confidential environment with a high level of tact and discretion
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience of managing a Human Resources Information System
