We are looking for a Water Regulations Coordinator who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
As the Water Regulations Coordinator your key responsibilities are
* Maintain records to ensure these are kept up to date at all times
* Record inspections completed by field operatives to ensure industry best practice
* Create and manage the sampling and water fittings programme
* Monitor and manage the water regulations shared mailbox so that queries are responded to in a timely manner
* Support the field operatives on a day-to-day basis
About you
* Previous administration experience
* Competent in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in maintaining databases
* High attention to detail
* Exceptional record keeping, organisation and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task whilst remaining customer focussed
