In this position, you will collaborate with our US and international teams, overseeing the development and management of creative and commercial marketing initiatives across the EMEA region.
Job Title: FMCG Brand Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of global marketing and media plans for the EMEA region
Key brand management, collaborating with international marketing teams for product development and strategy
Present product lines and marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Manage and report on the regional marketing budget and activations, providing insights and budget allocation
Assist with PR and media agency management, monitoring campaign performance and taking corrective actions as necessary for budget allocations
Implement communication plans, manage press events, and oversee showroom and exhibition setups
Support the trade marketing team with in-store displays, visual merchandising, promotions, and field merchandising
Organise and attend trade shows as required
Skills and Experience:
Brand management experience within an FMCG environment
Global marketing experience
Exceptional organisation skills and budget management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
