Your new role
We’re seeking a Credit Controller with excellent customer service skills to join our International Shared Services team in Bradford. In this role, you’ll manage accounts receivable, promptly resolving customer queries and ensuring up-to-date accounts. Your focus on well-managed accounts will help ensure our customers receive the products they need. Additionally, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for service improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Analytical Mindset: You thrive on challenges, meticulously attending to details while effectively prioritising tasks to maximise opportunities.
2. Credit Control Expertise: Your experience in credit control equips you withprehensive knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
3. Digital Proficiency: Your mastery of digital tools, particularly Excel, positions you advantageously.
4. Customer-Centric Approach: Having worked in customer-facing roles within financial services, finance, or credit control, you understand the importance of swift query resolution and exceptional service.
5. Language Skills: While not mandatory, native-level French and/or Dutch language proficiency would be valuable.
6. Credit Management Accreditation: Your AICM accreditation further enhances your qualifications.
