Originally the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship. Today they manage and advise on over £4.5 billion of client assets, acquired through a combination of organic business growth and corporate acquisitions.
Job Description
The role responsibilities include the following:
1. To always have the customer at the heart of everything you do. Providing an excellent level of service is your primary responsibility.
2. Learning about the firm's Core Values and products/services.
3. Effectively and efficiently onboarding new clients and servicing existing clients.
4. Building effective relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners in your immediate POD.
5. Positively contribute to the team morale and energy; be a great team player.
6. Communicating to clients effectively through various mediums (e.g. telephone, email, etc.).
7. Willing to get involved in projects within the business, which may occur from time to time.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have:
1. Knowledge of investment products (ISAs, Pensions, Bonds).
2. Experience of using CRM systems.
3. Be a good team player.
4. Experience of challenging the status quo in respect of processes.
5. A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
6. A self-starter, who owns their own development journey.
