Currently recruiting for a leading agency client that is expanding their team and looking for a strong Digital Marketing Director to join the business. The ideal candidate will have client-facing capabilities and a focus on performance, including campaign optimisation, strong experience with Google/Meta Ads, and exposure to areas such as A/B testing and CRO.
Agency experience would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities / Essential Skills
1. Performance marketing and/or e-commerce campaign experience
2. Strong technical platform experience across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta
3. A solid understanding of data and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
4. Management of programmatic display campaigns via third party
5. Identify opportunities for Conversion Rate Optimisation on a daily basis
6. Recommend allocations of budget wisely across campaigns and platforms
7. Turn data observations into actionable insights
8. Propose and run A/B tests of creative/landing page changes
9. Strong Google Advertising Suite and Facebook Business Manager skills
10. Demonstrated working experience in a performance Digital Marketing role
