1. Perform regular analysis of chemical baths used in anodising, passivation, chemical conversion coating, and photochemical milling processes.
2. Monitor and adjust chemical concentrations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
3. Carry out routine titrations, pH measurements, and other analytical tests as required.
4. Maintain detailed records of all analyses and adjustments.
5. Ensure the proper functioning and control of surface treatment processes by regularly inspecting chemical solutions and equipment.
6. Work closely with production teams to monitor process conditions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize production efficiency.
7. Implement and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control plans.
8. Manage the preparation, maintenance, and disposal of chemical solutions in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
9. Conduct regular checks on chemical inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for uninterrupted operations.
