About the role: The School Matron plays a fundamental role in both the pastoral care of the pupils and ensuring that our boarding house operates as effectively as possible. Together with the House Parent and other residential staff you will ensure the physical, social, academic, and emotional wellbeing of every pupil within the School. As Matron you will have particular responsibility for the medical care and play a pivotal role in caring for and nurturing boarders within the house.
