Locum CAMHS Psychologist - Based in Wales
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum CAMHS Psychologist to join a well-established team based in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled psychologist to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide psychological assessments and interventions to children and adolescents within the CAMHS setting.
2. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
3. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions for a range of mental health conditions.
4. Support families and carers, offering guidance and interventions.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and contribute to case reviews and meetings.
Requirements:
1. HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
2. Experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
3. Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, interventions, and therapy techniques.
4. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Full right to work in the UK.
