We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Doncaster, a category B local remand Prison located in Doncaster.
This fast paced role sits within a team that support all areas of Healthcare and covers a vast array of responsibilities such as reception, minute taking and general administration.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £27582 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, minutes taking etc. If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.

Qualifications required
English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
Good IT skills and IT literacy
