Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Assistant to join their team and help streamline their financial operations while overseeing administrative functions.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing all financial transactions in the company and ensuring efficient administrative processes. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, and financial forecasting, in addition to managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Part Time Finance Assistant Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Finance Management:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other key performance metrics.
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Reconciling supplier accounts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial audits.
Assist in the development of financial strategies to improve profitability and financial stability.
