Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. HOUSEKEEPING TEAM LEADER - PUBLIC AREAS | £13.13 per hour We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping cleaning operation, by providing sufficient training and development to your team. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved to our public areas and office space and monitor cleaning standards. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the achievement of all departmental targets, assisting with the organisation and allocation of duties and ensuring the wellbeing and motivation of your team. Good verbal and written communication skills will be required, along with an organised and methodical approach to work. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, have a motivational approach with their team and have previous managerial / supervisory experience. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts are 5am - 1pm, 10am - 6pm OR 2pm - 10pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
