Due to increased growth, we are seeking a confident, efficient person to join our team, who can help us build our business and progress and grow with us. The role The successful candidate will be required to deal quickly and efficiently with all forms of sales admin and customer enquiries by phone, post, email and live chat. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to undertake various tasks including; Answering incoming calls Answering sales and aftersales enquiries Putting B2B orders on the system Liaising with Agents Booking shipments Answering live chats Arranging and hosting showroom visits, and test rides. Ability to prioritise workload based on importance Managing dealer accounts Desirable/Essential Skills and experiences Microsoft office competency Confident answering the Phone is essential Driving license Back office software experience High attention to detail Good organization skills Ability to work alone Great problem solving initiative Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours.
