Due to continued expansion we are seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager for our clients residential development in Skegness. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to progress and develop their career and is a temp to perm position. The successful applicants must have excellent management skills, with knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively assisting with the management of residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers. Required experience: Site Management. Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or SSSTS for Assistants. Competent in Timber Frame Construction. Competent in Traditional Construction. First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day). CSCS card holder
