Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Project Co-ordinator.
Location: Bromley, Kent.

A busy and established Asbestos Consultancy is looking to expand their team of Administrators in the South East region by recruiting a focused and flexible Asbestos Administrator / Project Co-ordinator. You will be working alongside a team of established administrators / co-ordinators and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, working closely with managers to provide support, organizing site staff schedules, and liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work well in high-pressure and fast-paced environments. Candidates with a background in Removals or Surveying are encouraged to apply.
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Will ideally have experience working within a busy Asbestos Consultancy in an administrative/project co-ordination position.
2. Keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent time management skills, prioritizing workload in line with company needs.
4. Able to work well in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
5. IT literate, able to use email, produce reports, and update systems when required.
6. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and face-to-face.
The Role:
1. Scheduling asbestos work to be carried out on Commercial & Industrial sites.
2. Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out and dates, ensuring efficient co-ordination of projects.
3. Ensuring internal systems are up to date and accurate.
4. Logging all jobs onto internal systems in a timely manner.
5. Organizing accommodation for site staff when required.
6. Typing up accurate reports using information received from site staff, ensuring timely submission to clients.
7. Liaising with site staff to rectify any anomalies in reports.
8. Providing day-to-day support to management, including organizing meetings and liaising with clients.
9. Undertaking general administrative duties including scanning, filing, document control, sending/receiving emails, and making/answering phone calls.
