Our client is a SemiIndependent SupportedLiving provider based in Tamworth who has been running for 12months. We are recruiting a committed and experienced RegisteredManager for our Brand New 4bedroom house which will be a home forup to 3 residents aged between 1618. We support complex youngpeople providing tailored and comprehensive care that meets theirunique needs. Our goal is to expand our services and hiring acompetent manager is a crucial step towards achieving thisvision.
Salary: up to£55000 with Bonus based on occupancy
Holiday: 28 days including bankholidays

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
* Lead and manage the supported accommodationteam to ensure highquality care and support forresidents.
* Ensure compliance with Ofstedregulations and other relevant legislation.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that meetOfsted standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Maintain Ofsted registration for the supportedaccommodation.
* Prepare for and lead Ofstedinspections ensuring that all documentation and practices are up todate and compliant.
* Address any areas ofnoncompliance and implement corrective actions promptly.
Service Delivery:
* Oversee the delivery of care and supportservices ensuring they are personcentered and tailored toindividual needs.
* Monitor and evaluate thequality of services making improvements where necessary.
* Ensure that all residents have appropriate care plans andrisk assessments in place.
Staff Management:
* Recruit train and supervise staff ensuring they have theskills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Conduct regular staff appraisals supervisions and teammeetings.
* Promote a positive and supportiveworking environment.
Safeguarding:
* Act as the designated safeguarding lead for the supportedaccommodation.
* Ensure robust safeguardingpolicies and procedures are in place and adhered to.
* Respond to safeguarding concerns promptly andappropriately ensuring the safety and wellbeing ofresidents.
ResidentWelfare:
* Foster a safesupportive and nurturing environment for all residents.
* Encourage residents to engage in educational recreationaland social activities.
* Provide guidance andsupport to residents helping them to achieve their personal goalsand aspirations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain positive relationships withresidents families social workers and otherstakeholders.
* Liaise with external agenciesand professionals to ensure coordinated support forresidents.
* Represent the organization atmeetings and events as required.
Administrative Duties:
* Maintain accurate records and documentation inaccordance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Prepare reports and updates for senior management andregulatory bodies.
Qualifications andExperience:
* Level 5Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children andYoung People's Services or equivalent.
* Proven experience in managing supported accommodation orsimilar settings.
* Strong knowledge of Ofstedregulations and standards.
* Experience in staffmanagement and leadership.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Strongorganisational and problemsolving abilities.
