We would want you to have an understanding of the trauma our young people will have experienced and howWorking with our young people can develop their understanding of their life experiences. About You To apply for this post, you must: A social work qualification (degree or equivalent) Experience of social work practice working with children and families. Knowledge of safeguarding, child care legislation and social work practice. An understanding of Trauma informed practice Ability to communicate clearly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyse information to reach a decision. Ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks, with the ability to respond flexibly to changing requirement.
