Exciting Opportunity: Field Service Engineer - Water Treatment

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of industrial water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants.
You will travel to customer sites across the UK (and potentially overseas) to manage direct relationships with clients and plant operatives, analyse and resolve problems, and complete installations and commissioning of new equipment.
The successful Field Service Engineer will also assist the company with service improvement initiatives, taking a proactive approach to increasing productivity and profitability. Excellent customer service and a commitment to safety are essential in this role.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for this Field Service Engineer position will have a multi-disciplined electro-mechanical engineering background, with relevant qualifications and experience in the water treatment industry. Experience as a Service Engineer or in a field-based technical support role is highly desirable.
You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels. A professional approach, a good level of IT competency, and a full UK driving licence are also required.
