The Role of a Regional Sales Manager
* As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of 6-10 Account Managers, inspiring them through training, coaching, and mentorship to achieve their full potential.
* You'll set the example by actively selling the products and services while exceeding your personal sales targets.
* Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring your region surpasses all targets.
What is Needed to be a Regional Sales Manager?
* To thrive in this role, you'll need a proven track record in sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales, with at least 3 years of sales management experience.
