Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Conversion Journey Optimisation team. If you’re passionate about uncovering insights from data and want to shape exceptional customer outcomes through optimisation initiatives, this is your opportunity to have meaningful impact.
In this role, you’ll leverage data to generate valuable insights while applying your strong problem-solving skills to identify high impact opportunities for our customers. You’ll work with teams across the business whilst using a range of optimisation tools to support A/B testing, drive initiatives and deliver customer-centric improvements to our digital omnichannel journeys.
What you'll be doing:
1. Drive value from all our optimisation tools, digital capability, data sources and customer research to identify the highest opportunities and friction points in the journey in order to shape up the delivery backlog.
2. Deliver insight deep dives and data-driven recommendations to improve our main KPIs and meet business objectives.
3. Support A/B tests ensuring maximum insight is gained from all experiments.
4. Support the full lifecycle of insight projects, from the initial requirements gathering to delivery, whilst managing stakeholders.
5. Support trading forums. Produce dashboards, reports, and ad hoc requests. Use industry best practice guidelines to ensure all activities are measured in a robust, efficient, and consistent way.
6. Support performance investigations and help expedite resolutions to minimise customer and commercial risk. Expand and improve our application performance monitoring.
7. Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and meet the highest Consumer Duty standards.
8. Gain an in-depth knowledge of Legal & General's digital estates, as well as our online business model and digital measurement strategy.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
1. Strong knowledge of digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.).
2. Good analytical capability including working with segmented customer data to deliver personalised experiences.
3. Knowledge of session playback, heat maps, form analytics (Glassbox, SessionCam, HotJar, Decibel, FullStory etc.).
4. Knowledge of direct customer feedback and usability testing (Qualtrics, Qualaroo, Usabilla, UserTesting, UserZoom etc.).
5. Knowledge of A/B testing and statistics (e.g. Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, Optimisely, VWO, etc.).
6. Collaborative, with strong relationship building skills, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders (CRO and content managers, product owners, developers, designers, compliance, data scientists, product managers, marketers, commercial directors, and third-party agencies).
7. Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) and data visualisation skills.
8. Basic knowledge of web technologies and front-end development: tag management systems, data layers, single-page applications and content management systems.
9. Subject matter expertise in the latest analytics technology industry trends and best practices - you’ll be our go-to person for day-to-day queries.
