Position
We are seeking a dedicated Appeals Adjudicator to join our Appeals team. In this role, you will manage, investigate, and respond to appeals received via post or email.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Facilitate the resolution of appeals submitted by the public.
Collaborate with third parties to gather evidence and bring appeals to a satisfactory conclusion.
Maintain the highest standards of work quality.
Perform additional duties as requested by CPM Management.
Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service.
Comply with external codes of practice and internal policies and procedures.

· Able to process detailed information effectively and consistently

· Driven to meet processing targets
The ideal candidate will have worked in a target driven administration role before.
Other information
Salary: £23,795.20
Hours: 40 per week.
Location: Lancing, with hybrid working flexibilities
Free onsite parking. Casual office dress code.
