Job Description Based at Andrew Smythe Gardens Sheltered Housing, Forfar. This job is workstyle 1 – Fixed. In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location. Working as part of a team within the alarm receiving centre, answering calls from alarm activations or telecare equipment and responding to reach the person’s outcomes. This may include requesting the emergency services to attend, family or friends or the Enablement Response Team.
