Join the team at Dandara Living as a Leasing Associate – AltrinchamDandara Living, a prominent division of the Dandara Group, is at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing bespoke residential properties in the UK's thriving Build to Rent sector. Operating one of the largest regional portfolios, we handle over 5,000 multifamily and single-family homes, with plans to introduce an additional 8,000 apartments and student beds nationwide.As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we're looking for a driven and organised Leasing Associate to join our New Business team based at our head office in Altrincham. This role is a key part of the leasing journey and offers a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pmFollowing a successful probation period, you'll have the flexibility to enjoy some work-from-home daysAbout the Role:The Leasing Associate will be the first point of contact for new leasing enquiries, managing leads and supporting the site teams to ensure a smooth, seamless process for prospective tenants.
You'll help us maintain our high standards of service while juggling deadlines, priorities, and a variety of tasks.What You Will Do:Manage enquiries and leads via phone and emailQualify leads against set criteria and book viewings across sitesKeep portals and listings up to dateCarry out market research and competitor analysisEnsure accurate data entry and system managementMaintain strong communication with internal teams and external applicantsWork to deadlines and performance targetsProvide a consistent, high-quality customer experienceWhat You Will Have:Great organisational skills and a proactive approachStrong written and verbal communicationGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with database or booking systems (desirable)Flexiblity and adaptability to support evolving business needsWhat We Will Offer You:Joining Dandara Living means becoming part of a market leader in the Build to Rent sector known for our innovative designs and quality property management services.
