In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional service to our global wholesale accounts. What you'll do: Support the management of global wholesale accounts, ensuring accurate communication and smooth processes. Provide customers with the necessary information and marketing assets for successful launches, including staff training manuals and product data sheets. Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of samples, chasing product information, and preparing documents for shipping. Raise and manage sales order uploads in the internal system for order fulfilment. Liaise with the warehouse team, managing customer-specific packing instructions, delivery requirements, and creating carton labels. Generate pro-forma invoices to facilitate payment collection. Assist in market preparation, including the creation of line sheets and managing platform data uploads. Manage and execute sales order changes, including cancellations, purchase order adjustments, and client window updates. About you: Experience in wholesale, logistics, or administrative support is highly desirable. Proficient in Excel and familiarity with data management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. High level of accuracy in managing data, generating invoices, and tracking order updates. Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under tight deadlines. A collaborative approach with the willingness to support others and work cross-functionally with various departments.
